Partner With Kelsie
Equipping Worshipers to Know God and Make Him Known
Kelsie serves as a full-time missionary with YWAM Kona, where she directs the School of Worship.
Her heart is to help young people grow in intimacy with Jesus, understand their identity in Him, and use worship as a way to serve the Church and carry the Gospel to the nations.
Through prayer and financial partnership, you can help Kelsie continue discipling students, training worship leaders, and serving in missions.
Kelsie’s Story
Kelsie grew up in California and was raised in the church, but at eighteen, her relationship with Jesus changed in a powerful way.
In 2017, during an encounter with God, she felt Him speak clearly to her heart: “I have marked you for the nations.”
That moment awakened a deep desire to follow Jesus wherever He leads, live in close relationship with Him, and make His name known through worship and missions.
Since then, Kelsie has served in several nations, including Panama, Argentina, and Mexico, where she lived as a missionary for two years. During that season, she felt God show her that He had taken her outside her own culture so she could learn to live according to His Kingdom.
Her years of training have included Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, a YWAM Discipleship Training School, the School of Biblical Studies, and the School of Worship in Kona.
More than any title or training, Kelsie’s greatest desire is to know Jesus more deeply each day and help others do the same.
Her Mission
Kelsie currently serves on staff with YWAM Kona as the director of the School of Worship.
In this role, she helps train and disciple students who want to grow as worshipers, musicians, leaders, and followers of Jesus.
Her ministry includes:
- Leading and developing the School of Worship
- Discipling students and worship leaders
- Teaching on worship, identity, Scripture, and intimacy with God
- Leading times of worship and prayer
- Mentoring students through personal and spiritual growth
- Helping students develop their musical and leadership gifts
- Equipping worshipers to serve the local church and the nations
- Supporting outreach and missions opportunities connected to the school
Kelsie’s desire is not simply to help people become better musicians. She wants to see worshipers become deeply rooted disciples who know Jesus, walk in freedom, and lead others into His presence.
Why Worship?
Kelsie believes worship is more than music.
Worship is a response to who God is. It creates space for people to encounter Him, surrender their lives, receive truth, and remember their identity as sons and daughters of God.
Through worship, Kelsie has seen people experience freedom from shame, renewed hope, spiritual healing, and a deeper awareness of God’s presence.
Her passion is to help raise up worship leaders who are grounded in Scripture, led by the Holy Spirit, committed to character, and ready to serve wherever God sends them.
