From finding freedom in Christ to helping others encounter Him — I’m serving with YWAM Endless Summer to disciple young people and see lives transformed by Jesus.
my story
YWAM
I grew up in Iowa, in a small town called Altoona. I was raised as a church kid in a Christian home. I even went to a Christian school. I knew about God and the Bible, but I only believed that Jesus died for my sins, I didn’t really have a relationship with him. I struggled with social anxiety since I was a little girl, but it got really heavy when I went through a period of depression and suicide in middle school and high school. At a summer church camp, God got a hold of my life, saved me from anxiety, and I surrendered my life completely to Him.
God saved me, so I decided to dedicate my life to Him. I heard about YWAM from my youth group leaders and God placed it in my heart to take a DTS in Carlsbad, California. Immediately, my DTS felt like my family, which helped me heal from social anxiety. During that DTS, I learned what it means to walk daily with God, to truly know Him and have a deep relationship with Him, and to trust Him fully in every aspect of my life. He also showed me what it really looks like to be a missionary and told me that that is what He saved my life for. Jesus transformed me entirely, and I want to see him transform the nations. My heart is to grow closer to Jesus and know him better every day and help others understand the importance of this in their lives too!
I always felt a call to South America, so after my DTS I went to serve in the sports DTS in Pichilemu, Chile as a staff member. That time was like a hands-on training period in obedience for me and God was revealing so many things about life in ministry. Now, I’m coming back to San Diego to be staff with the DTS that started all this!
My GOAL
What funded looks like..

Your support will enable me to focus on developing my teaching and leadership skills as I pour into others and use my talents to glorify God. Partnering with me provides the means for travel expenses such as plane tickets and other transportation, rent, food, groceries, and other personal necessities. In this way, I can fully commit my time and give all my attention to this ministry.
What I will be doing
